The Workplace Wellbeing Review
The Workplace Wellbeing Review
THE REVIEW
A clear picture of how your team is really doing, and practical steps to make things better.
The Review is designed to pay for itself: improving staff wellbeing and productivity while reducing the cost of absence, turnover and recruitment.
How it works
Usually four to five weeks from first call to feedback session.
First call (free, 15 minutes): we talk about your team and what you want to achieve.
Agree the scope (before we start): a short written summary and the fee.
Survey and conversations (weeks 1-2): the anonymous survey and confidential conversations.
Report (week 3): findings and recommendations in plain language.
Feedback session (weeks 4-5): we agree your priorities.
Check-in (6-8 weeks later): we look at what has changed.
The above week estimate will be dependant on team/organisation size.
Pilot offer
A small number of pilot reviews are available at a reduced rate for a small number of organisations. Get in touch to find out more.
What you'll come away with
Common questions
Is it really anonymous?
Yes. The survey has no names, and nothing said in conversations is linked back to a person in the report.
How much staff time does it take?
About 10 minutes for the survey, and around 20 to 30 minutes for anyone who joins a conversation.
What size of organisation is it for?
Small and mid-sized organisations, or a single team or department within a larger one.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of your team. You will get a clear, fixed price before anything starts. A small number of pilot reviews are available at a reduced rate.
